High Heels-Pros cons



High heels are uncomfortable and make walking more difficult and can be a painful experience. Prolonged use may lead to foot problems, knees and back. Still why do women keep wearing them?

The answer seems to be that women in heels are more likely to attract. Wearing high-heeled shoes does not only make you taller. It also makes you feel confident and stylish. High heel shoes have the power to add sex appeal to women and play a prominent role in shaping of hips, waist, and legs and will make women more beautiful curves.

We might think that tall women are lucky enough because they don’t need to wear heels .But there are still some women those who tend to wear only heels to compliment their beauty and to expose the curves of their body. The advantage of height was more striving.

In addition to making women taller, high heels force the back to arch, pushing the bosom forward and the buttocks rearward, thus accentuating the female form.

Heels help to enhance the beauty of your legs. Those who like to wear short skirts can make their legs look more gorgeous with the help of stunning heels. An open toe sandal with a two inch heel looks quite decent with a Chudidaar. Shoes have the miraculous ability to make our legs look longer and thinner resulting in a slimmer body appearance.

All you need to pay attention to is walking with extra care. Though women look lovely in heels, they have to suffer from many of its side-effects.
Wearing heals cause entire pressure of body to concentrate on legs, back and also hips. If it happens for a long time, it causes back pain, leg pain and even hip pains.
If you constantly wearing may lead to in-grown toe-nails.
Walking long distance with high heels proves to be painful,as high heels squeeze off blood circulation in feet, causing in leg and feet to pain after walking in certain distance.
It often causes heel pain due to walking or standing on high heels for longer time.
Balancing the body wearing shoes with high heel requires throwing your weight forward. This may deform your natural posture. Some women complain of pain in waist and legs which are result of wrongly balanced posture of the body.

If women could decide collectively what shoes to wear, all might agree to forgo high heels. But because any individual can gain advantage by wearing them, such an agreement might be hard to maintain. Anyway, in comparison with beauty, the health is more important. If you are crazy for it and really need, choosing comfortable high-heel shoes for you. Therefore, if you want to keep healthy and beautiful at the same time, you need to spend some time studying how to wear high-heel shoes properly. If you are still obsessive about shoes with high heels make sure that the height of the heels is limited to one inch only. You can even restrict the duration of wearing them as well to avoid foot problems to certain extent. Choose the shoes that can prevent the foot from sliding forward so that you can avoid the pressure on your toes. But it is sure that the little care is not enough to evade the health hazards caused by high heel shoes.
