Skipping will help improve cardio-respiratory (heart and lungs) fitness, flexibility and co-ordination. As a high-impact exercise skipping is great for building bones and a good exercise to trim hips, thighs and backsides!
Depending on your weight and exertion level you'll burn between 70-110 extra calories* in a ten minute session. 10min Skipping:

  • Vigorous, 110kcal


Cycling is an excellent way to burn up the excess stored calories of our body. 
If we do cycling for an hour,we can burn 4oo calories .if we do much more faster, then about 550 calories will burn.
If we do 15min a day in a week for 3days , we can reduce our weight upto nearly 6 - 7 kgs .
If we do cycling daily, we can avoid risk of heart problems. 
Cycling daily will increase the rate of blood flow with your muscles getting an ample supply of oxygenated blood which will allow them to function more efficiently.
Cycling daily will increase your stamina to a great extent. It also increases the strength of your body. Once you start cycling regularly you will, after some time feel much stronger and healthier and far more active than you were before.
