Day by day climate is becoming cooler and cooler, If we wake up early in the morning it is becoming difficult cold, cough and allergy. There are no medicines to cure these permanently. Just medicines which are available are only for temporary relief. We can’t go to doctor daily. So what to do? Where to go?... Just try different, go to kitchen and search for GINGER.It is best medicine for all your troubles that works effectively.
Ginger is liked by almost every one, it is used i n cooking as it adds taste and flavor to cooking. Not only taste it improves digestion, increases appetite. Ginger benefits were natural and there are a lot to say about ginger benefits.
From centuries ginger is being used. It’s medical term is” Zingiber officinale” and Indian name was Ardraka. Ginger leaves also contains nutritional values. First and foremost ginger was found in India.
Indian ginger is said have so many medicinal properties.
Ginger content helps in stress relief, it helps in blood circulation in the head, so it can help eliminate tension headaches by relaxing the blood vessels in the head and diminishing swelling in the brain and it also activates natural opiates in the brain that relieve pain. Thus It is also very helpful in hair care and  helps in keeping scalp healthy for stronger hair .It makes hair looks shiny and reduces the problem of hair fall.
Ginger root contains anti inflammatory and anti septic contents which helps in preventing dandruff problems .If ginger is applied along with lime juice it works effectively in removing dandruff to your hair. But after applying to hair, it should be left on hair for long  time,i.e., until it completely gets dry and should be applied to scalp deeply and massage for a while to scalp gently.
No need to go to beauty parlors and spend lot of amount on dandruff treatments, if you follow these and use ginger, it is very effective.
Take 1 tbsp of gignger ginger paste and take juice from it and mix it with olive oil or sesame oil or your daily used hair oil. Use it daily to hair and massage well with this oil. Your scalp gets stronger gradually decreases hair fall.
You know one thing, the so called ginger bread and cakes are not actually sweet confectioneries. In ancient Greeks used small ginger piece and rolled bread to it and were taken after meals for proper digestion. Later days it became like cutlet as a snack.
