For Beautiful Hair

 

The secret of beauty of women lies in beautiful hair. It makes them look more gorgeous. But due to pollution and the way of living leading to face hair problems even in the young age itself. There are some home-made remedies so that you can prevent from hair loss. Not only simply applying does not make hair healthy, definitely healthy hair depends on health conditions and the food intake.  with diet, we should follow some tips then it works good.
The first and foremost thing in preventing loss of hair is taking healthy diet. We should take calcium rich diet like Leafy vegetables, milk , egg, fruits, fish in our daily routine. In the same way we should not completely avoid oil content in curries, if we use sufficient oil then only our body gets vitamin A, D, E, which also balances the hormone secretion and avoids imbalances.
Sprouts also help a lot for healthy hair. Chick peas, whole green-gram, red-gram should be soaked and to be taken as sprouts. wheat to be taken as sprouts daily and those can be also digested easily which helps in growing long hair.  At least half spoon of groundnuts and seasame seeds daily.
Some things to do:Mix sufficient amount of lemon water in mustard oil and apply to hair and take head-bath the next day,then your hair looks silky .Also,mix egg white juice with tps of lemon juice,some amount of coconut oil and apply to hair,leave it for an hour and take head-bath.it looks as you see in adds.
Mix betel leaf juice in coconut oil, gently massage to scalp, then it increases the blood circulation which helps in healthy hair and makes scalp strong.
Mix Green gram flour, fenugreek flour with water and apply this mixture  to hair and wash it off with water,immediately you will observe the change in your hair.
