Color Psychology


Color can be used to signal action, influence mood and cause physiological reactions. Certain colors can raise blood pressure, increase metabolism or cause eyestrain.
  • Red was used to stimulate the body and mind and to increase circulation.

Brown is the color of earth.It indicates genuineness.
Orange, they attract and impress others easily and are genius and cunning.
White symbolizes purity and innocence.They tend to be over critical and they change according to situations inorder to keep in tune with life.

Exercise - relax your EYES


Exercise is very essential in our daily life. How the body needs exercise in the same way our eyes should also need exercise. Mostly now a days usage of spects had increased a lot due to poor eye sight. Everyone is spending their time mostly on their systems, laptops and all which are effecting a lot. Everyone will think wearing glasses is easy and they look beautiful and handsome instead doing and wasting of these exercises. But what the thing is if you start wearing glasses your sight will only get worse day by day rather than getting better and also leading to headaches, migranes due to stress on eyes. So atleast spare some time for your goodness, instead suffering more in future days. Here I can suggest you some simple exercise where you can do easily. Most preferably these exercise should be done in the morning. These will relax your eye muscles and relieves from stress and strain.

  •  Sit straightly on floor and look straight infront of your object say wall. Focus your look on wall. Without moving your head slowly move your eye sight towards ceiling and then downwards. Do it 10-12 times daily.
  • Without moving your head, turn your eyesight completely towards right side and halt for 2min then slowly come to normal position. Again in the same way turn towards left side. Do it 6 times a day.
  • From the eyes left side start your sight to take a round. In the same way from right side. Do this in both directions 8 times without moving your head.
  • Rest in backward direction on floor in a dark room and lift your legs as much height as you can. If you do this regularly blood circulation to heart, face and eyes increases. So it provides sufficient cooling effect  and relaxation to eye.
To every exercise leave 2 or 3 min of gap and relax by keeping your eyes closed.

Receipe-ChickenDrumstick

Ingredients:
10 Chicken drumsticks
5 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Ingredients for Glaze
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Juice of 11/2 lemon
3 tbsp fish sauce
6 tbsp honey
4 tbsp seasame oil
4 tbsp soysauce
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 220 c. Coat drumsticks with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange drumsticks in a single layer in a casserole dish and bake for about 20 min. Prepare chicken glaze while the drumsticks are cooking. Just mix all the ingredients for the glaze and it’s done.
Remove the drumsticks from the oven after about 20 min and coat with the glaze. Return to oven and bake for another 20-30 min until nicely browned. Turn the chicken a few minutes during this part of the cooking.
Remove from oven and let to rest for a few min before serving.

Tips for Pimples


Most of the teenagers face a big problem, they feels a lot for that. What is that? Answer is Pimples. Now don’t worry of these pimples. You can follow these simple tips and get rid of it and protect your face. Forget your mental tension about this.
But doing 2days and leaving doesn’t give any result, not only these tips whatever tips you follow; you should definitely spare some time if you really want it.
By my experience I can tell you one thing, whatever you apply to face is just 40% works, the remaining will depend on your food, health, and stress and strain. If you are applying lot of things and not getting any results means definitely first concentrate on your health. Your health is again related to your work, strain on your mind, and the food you take. The more you are tension free and happy, your face will have automatic glowness, when your happy, systems in your body functions effectively and inside parts works actively. So first see the ways to keep yourself healthy, next to any tips that should applied externally. Then to your natural glowness you can some more flavor like these tips to your face, whatever may be cosmetics or homemade tips.
  • Mix turmeric powder in coriander juice and apply to face.
  • Garlic juice should be applied to face and pat it dry and leave for sometime and then wash it off. For better result do it daily.
  • Apply Mint leaves juice to face in night and wash it in the morning with cold water.
  • In boiled milk, mix 2,3 drops of lime juice. Apply this to face twice daily then wash it off with warm water after 15 min.
  • Apply cucumber juice to pimples and spots while sleep, and wash it off in the morning with cold water.
  • To a tbsp of honey mix pinch of turmeric powder and apply it on spots, leave it for 15 min and wash it off with warm water.
  • Smash mint leaves like paste and add pinch of turmeric powder and apply it to face. Leave it for 30 min and wash it off with warm water.
  • Mix cucumber juice, 1tbsp of coconut water, pinch of turmeric and apply it to face and leave it for 20 min and wash it off. It removes not only spots and pimples but also the pores formed by it will be taken off.
